As Thanksgiving has passed and we are approached by a buying frenzy between Black Friday and Cyber Monday, I am filled with gratitude for what I already have in life rather than seeking to amass more material things. I find myself trying to focus less on the chaos of the season and more on the many blessings in my life.

So, this week, I want to share my gratitude for what I continually try to achieve at home and at work.

New Acquisitions and Purchases

If I want to acquire something new, it will be a new skill, some new knowledge, and some new friends.

I am thankful for…

  • The people who support me at home and work
  • Friends who challenge me so I can accomplish more and still enjoy it
  • Online apps such as Zoom or FaceTime so that I can stay connected
  • Health professionals that I can help promote so that they may help others
  • Having worked as a doctor, a noble profession
  • You as part of my tribe

For those of you who have experienced loss, or are struggling
with the effects of the Pandemic, I would like to take a moment to wish you well and thank you for being part of our tribe.

Covid-19 has stressed how precious life is and how our loved ones can be taken away in an instant. Tell those dear to you that you love them and do so often.

Gratitude

I appreciate you and value our time together, especially during these trying times where there have been so many challenges.

I’m grateful for every client, podcast listener, subscriber, and audience member with whom I have shared ideas, stories, and feelings.  I’m blessed to have such wonderful family, friends, and clients.

I’m thankful for the chance to work with and share my consulting knowledge with people like you that make up my community.

Thank You!

As a way of thanking you, I would like to send you my
